Building with personal and functional details

The architectural design has placed great emphasis on a sensitive setting within the surrounding buildings. The coloured façade (white, grey with glazed balcony railings) portray an immediate minimalist appearance. The building’s modern appearance is assisted by a Corten steel entrance door and vertical shading slats. In this regard, new apartment owners will especially appreciate the bright interiors, the result of a combination of large French windows and glazed balconies. Common areas inside the building build on the exterior minimalism. Concrete wall and floor tiles, along with the elevator’s Corten steel design create the impression of a contemporary elegant interior.

The concept of a thought-through layout can no longer be taken as just a marketing slogan. The sale of already completed apartments meant our priority was to design apartment layouts which could inspire our clients. Experienced architects and designers from ADNS studio and progressive and elegant OOOOX designers were involved in the design, correcting every detail in terms of usefulness.
