SMART LIVING CSV@Řepy is a great illustration of the idea behind the Trigema Smart Living concept. The modest apartment project consists of a building sensitively situated within the local surroundings. The building is situated in a quiet villa neighbourhood in place of the current dilapidated building and will assist in the sensitive development of the immediate neighbourhood. The number and nature of individual apartments mark the accommodation as having a richer social complexion.

It involves the initial implementation of the Premium standard, which put simply can be characterised as premium living without compromises.
